 At this level, things escalate. We're talking about events that can shake up entire regions, like cities or even countries. The impact is widespread and has a catastrophic effect, causing major disruptions and changes. 

 This is the big league. Level 3 is where you enter apocalyptic territory. Picture global or even cosmic-scale events that could reshape the world or universe. It's on a scale that's beyond catastrophic, heading towards the end-of-the-world scenario.
