We’re seeking a dynamic Personal Assistant to support our Founder in bringing this vision to life. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM in the applicant’s respective time zone.
Responsibilities:
- Engage actively in several niche online communities (e.g., Reddit, Facebook, Snapchat) on behalf of The A.P.E.
- Socialize with these communities, providing valuable feedback and building relationships.
- Assist with social media posts and management.
- Check company emails and flag important messages for review.
- Draft concise and compelling story outlines, identifying key plot points such as the setup, inciting incident, climax, and resolution, to assist in developing creative projects.
- Handle miscellaneous tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree (in any field) is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English, demonstrated through writing samples or relevant experience.
- Familiarity with the book industry, trends, and community dynamics.
- Avid reader, especially in urban fantasy and fiction.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging story ideas and frameworks.
- Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities efficiently.
